Entries:
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries:
Accepted, no fee. If under-subscribed by the
published close date, the close date will be
extended and $30 processing fee will be
assessed. BN competitors who are not USEA
members must pay extra $25 with entry. If
oversubscribed, priority given to USEA
members. Incomplete entries will be
returned! Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25
non-refundable office fee; After
C.D.-Entry-Less $25 ONLY if place
can be filled from waiting list.
Competition cancellation-refunds prorated
after expenses. Changes after C.D.=$30
office fee. Neg. Coggins required for all
horses within 12 months. Copy of current
negative Coggins must accompany entry. EIA
checker on grounds (fee included with
entry). Arkansas State Law. Original
copy of Coggins test must be presented on
arrival. No exceptions.

Schedule:
Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Sat: Dressage-7:30 am;
Cross-country-11 am; Show Jumping-2:30 pm.
Awards:
Award & 6 ribbons per division. Additional awards for the highest
placed Pony Club member per division. Must
state Pony Club membership on entry form.
Starting

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $50/stall-noon Friday to Monday am. 45 perm. stalls on
grounds. Grounds fee for non-stabled
horses=$15. Refunds: Before C.D.-stabling
fee refunded in full; after C.D., stabling
fee refunded ONLY if stall filled
from waiting list. Stall
doors/initial bedding only provided.
Separate $15 stall cleaning deposit payable
to Rackensack Pony Club (check only). Check
destoyed if stall is picked THOROUGHLY (not
stripped!). Supplies 4 miles away.
Veterinarian: TBA, Further info will be

Directions:
Address: 4902 Hatcher Rd., North Little Rock, AR 72120. From I-40:
(North Little Rock): Hwy 67/167 North
(Jacksonville, St. Louis) to Exit 4
(Brookswood,176Y). Go over the interstate.
At the end of the ramp, turn right onto
Brookswood/Brockington.Stay straight on
Brockington to the third stoplight. Turn
right onto Hwy.107 and go thru Gravel Ridge
to left on Hatcher Rd; which is 3/4 mile
past 2nd stop light in Gravel Ridge. Jubilee
Farm is 3 miles down Hatcher Rd. on the
right, Jack Ernst (501)765-4515.

Information:
Cross-country course closed August 15. Rider limit 1 horse/level and 2
horses/entire event. Levels may be
divided/combined if entries warrant; state
preferences under Eligible Section and birth
date on entry. Prize list available from
sec'y. Show photographer on grounds. No
other professional photographers permitted.
Excellent food available on grounds. Dogs
