**GAG (Green As Grass): Riders are permitted to bypass jumps thru alternate flags on XC. 2008 Rules of Eventing - including time limits and penalties- will apply with the exception that riders are not penalized for bypassing XC jumps provided they ride thru alternate passing flags.
* RBN (Restricted Beginner Novice): No bypassing of XC jumps permitted except at the water obstacle where RBN riders are permitted to bypass thru alternate flag. All other 2008 Rules of Eventing will apply to this division including time limits and penalties.

Stabling: $45.00
Grounds fee: $15.00 (non-stabled horses)
Stall deposit: $15.00 (separate check (only) payable to Rackensack Pony Club-section 5)
ENTRIES: All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Accepted, no fee.
· If under-subscribed by the published close date, the close date may be extended and $30 processing fee will be assessed.
· Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry-Less $25 Only if place can be filled from waiting list. Competition cancellation-refunds prorated after expenses.
· Changes after C.D.=$30 office fee.
· Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Copy of current negative Coggins must accompany entry. EIA checker on grounds (fee included with entry). Arkansas State law. Original copy of Coggins test must be presented on arrival before horse is unloaded. No exceptions.

STABLING/VETERINARIAN: Limited. $45/stall-noon Friday to Monday am. 45 perm. stalls on grounds. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses=$15.
Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. Separate $15 stall cleaning deposit – payable to Rackensack Pony Club (check only), refunded if stall is picked THOROUGHLY (not stripped!) Supplies 4 miles away. Veterinarian: TBA, Further info will be posted on website & at secretary’s office.

DRESSAGE: Test & arena sizes: PT- 2006 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm.; T-2006 USEF Training Test B-Sm.; N-2006 USEF Novice Test B-Sm.;
BN-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm.; RBN - 2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test B; GAG - 2007 USDF Intro Test B Arenas: Grass, well-drained, slight crown.
CROSS-COUNTRY: PT/OT -approx. 2000 m @ 420 mpm.; N-approx.1800 m @ 350 mpm.; BN-approx.1600 m @ 350 mpm; RBN & GAG –
Maximum fence height - 2'. All courses: Average
SHOW JUMPING - RBN & GAG - Max Ht. - 2'. RBN course will consist of x-rails, verticals and 1 oxer. GAG course will consist of x-rails and a
maximum of two verticals.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Cross-country course closed August 26.
Rider limit 1 horse/level and 2 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Prize list available from secretary.
Show photographer on grounds. No other professional photographers permitted.
Excellent food available on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed.
